Von Microsoft gibt es eine neue Version der Tastatur- und Maussoftware. Ab dieser Version werden die Eingabegeräte bereits bei der Installation erkannt und bei mehreren angeschlossene Geräten kann für jedes individuelle Einstellungen gespeichert werden. Tastaturen und Mäuse, welche per PS/2 angeschlossen sind werden nicht mehr unterstützt.

Erneut gibt es von Razer einige neue Treiber, diesmal für die Gaming-Mouse Abyssus, die MMOG-Mouse Naga und das Gaming-Keyboard Lycosa.
